Penzance is a town of terraces, Regency and Victorian houses, granite-fronted shops and walled gardens that are often small and awkward to get into. A lot of the work here is front garden walls and steps, back yards turned into usable patios, and driveways squeezed in off steep streets.

Access is the thing to plan for. Narrow lanes and parking restrictions mean materials have to be timed and kept tidy, and taking every bag of rubble away matters on a street with neighbours either side. We are close enough to keep visits short and work long.
